Why it pays

Without a CRM, up to 35% of leads disappear into messengers, inboxes and notebooks, and reporting by hand takes two to three hours out of someone’s day.

A system takes that work over, and shows you exactly where a deal stalled.

MVP

7–14 days — to the first working version

The scope is fixed in the contract: what is included and what is not. The agreed price does not move afterwards — not at design, not at release.

Rhythm

2 weeks — a sprint, ending in a demo

Tracker access is yours. The status of any task is visible on any day.

After release

3 months — warranty and monitoring

The repository is in your account from day one. You own the code; we are the contractor.

How we work

Five stages, no hidden steps.

Every stage ends in something you can see: a document, a mockup, a demo or a release. We move on only once you sign it off.

  1. Brief and estimate

We dig into the business problem, the competitors and the audience. Output: a spec, an architecture and a firm quote.

    3–5 days
  2. Design and prototype

User flows, wireframes, a design system and responsive mockups of every screen.

    1–2 weeks
  3. Development

A working demo at the end of every sprint. Tracker and repository on your side; the code is visible daily.

    two-week sprints
  4. Testing and release

Functional and load testing, cross-browser checks, CI/CD, monitoring and a soft launch with rollback.

    1 week
  5. Support

Monitoring, bug fixes and roadmap work.

    3-month warranty

Questions & answers

Answers to frequent questions.

How much does development cost?

We do not publish a price list: the word “site” covers a week-long landing page and a six-month platform. The exact estimate comes after the brief. The estimating stage takes 3–5 days and is not billed. The estimate breaks the price down by stage, so you can see what it is made of. Once agreed, it does not move.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope: a landing page — 3–5 days, a corporate site — 1–2 weeks, an online store — 2–4 weeks, CRM/ERP — 2–4 weeks, a complex platform — 1–2 months. Firm dates follow a short brief.

Do you build MVPs?

Yes, and often that is where we start. In 7–14 days we assemble a working product with the main functions — enough to test the idea on the market without spending the whole budget.

Do you support the project after launch?

Three months of warranty, then support plans: monitoring, bug fixes, scheduled updates and roadmap work.
