The problem

Agents managed clients in Excel and WhatsApp, the property base was outdated, and sales stages were invisible. Two agents could be calling the same client. Admin work ate 2–3 hours a day.

What we built

We pulled listings, client cards and deals into one system with a Kanban pipeline. WhatsApp and calls, data sync and real-time analytics came with it.
