What separates an MVP from the full product?

Do iOS and Android cost twice as much?
Flutter and React Native share the main codebase, so the work is not priced as two entirely separate applications. Native Swift and Kotlin split platform code and testing.
Does every mobile app need a backend?
Apps with accounts, orders, payments, synchronised data and administration need a backend. A simple calculator or reference app that works only on the device may not.
Is App Store and Google Play submission included?
